Warm air from vents, ice on the lines, unit won't start. We diagnose on-site and give you a written quote before anything starts.
Seasonal Tune-Up
Pre-summer inspection. Coil cleaning, refrigerant check, full system test. Book it before the heat arrives.
Refrigerant Recharge
Certified handling of R-410A and R-22 systems. Low refrigerant means there's a leak first. We find it.
Condensate Drain Service
Clogged condensate drains cause water damage and mold. We clear the line and treat it.

Refrigerant handling requires certification in BC. Our technicians are properly certified. Anyone topping up your refrigerant without locating the leak first is cutting corners.
Right-Sized Systems
An oversized unit short-cycles and doesn't dehumidify. An undersized one runs all day and still can't keep up. We run the numbers before recommending anything.
