Built on
honest work.
Ed and Larry started ACS after years of watching homeowners get quoted one thing and delivered another. They figured if they ran things differently, the work would speak for itself. So far, so good.

20+ years of combined experience across Metro Vancouver.
Ed and Larry have worked residential installs, commercial builds, and middle-of-the-night refrigeration failures across the Lower Mainland for over 20 years combined. They know the building stock, the codes, and when a repair actually makes sense versus when it's just postponing a bigger problem.
Before any work starts, you get a written quote. When the job is done, we walk you through what was done and why. Our technicians show up when we say, protect your space while they work, and clean up before they leave.
The jobs vary. Heat pump in a Burnaby townhome, walk-in cooler for a Richmond restaurant, furnace replacement in a heritage home on Commercial Drive. The process is the same every time: assess it properly, price it honestly, install it right.
What you can count on.
Straight Advice
We tell you what your system needs, not what's most profitable to sell. Right-sized equipment, honest tradeoffs, clear answers. You make an informed decision and we do the work.
Quality Work
Our technicians work to manufacturer specs and CSA codes. Proper sizing, clean brazing, pressure testing, full performance verification. Systems installed this way run better and last longer.
No Surprises
Written quotes before work starts. Invoices that match what you approved. Permits pulled when required. If something changes mid-job, we tell you before we move forward.
